Is Lake Tahoe nice in October??? I’d like to have a nice little romantic getaway / vacation with my fiance…
I can’t think of anywhere that would be nice to go in October without breaking the bank. Any suggestions??? We live in Illinois, love the outdoors, and prefer nice hotels that feel cozy and secluded with awesome views and great food nearby. PS, we’re not interested in gambling.
I can think of a couple of places : Lake Placid NY ,anywhere along Rt 100 in VT , The Mount Washington Valley in NH , Bar Harbor ME, , Marthas Vineyard /Nantucket MA .Provincetown MA
